Can anyone tell me what java is? I downloaded and installed 116 megs of this and then downloaded the Posemagic2Pose.I have no idea what it all does and how to work it all. I have the posemagic file I downloaded sitting on my hardrive.Every time I click on it it goes to windows help.I have purchased and installed the posemagic program ok. Cheers arrow1
116 MB is a bit too much. Please post the filename of the file you downloaded.
When downloading the latest Windows version from http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/download.jsp, you'll want the version i marked with the red arrow.

Well, you won't want the Enterprise editon, but the standard edition (http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/download.html). Or the latest from the link of my last post.

Try the following:
right click the "PoseMagic2Pose.jar", choose "open with..." then "choose application..." (or whatever it's called) and in the dialog that should open then, select Java and check the checkbox to always use this program.
