Title: Beta 1.0.7.0 Installation Fails

Fails with: "Unable to install or run the application.  The application requires that assembly stdole Version 7.0.3300.0 be installed in the Global Assembly Cache (GAC) first."

No idea why Visual Studio didn't include it this time, but it's in the 1.0.7.1 zip (http://neocron.webspaceforme.net/library/installer/Advanced_Library_1_0_7_1.zip). Thanks for letting me know.
