Title: Cannot install any library.

I cannot install the libraries any of them.  Here is report.  Please advise and thank you.

This looks like you did try to install from the zip file. Please unzip it first and then try to install from the unzipped files.

Okay unzipped it to another folder and it says application does not have needed files.  I have downloaded it several times..

Mmmh, you could try moving the extracted folder somewhere else (maybe your desktop) and install from there...

It states cannot down application it is missing requested files please contact vendor.

After unzipping, do all of the following files exist?

Okay when I unzip the total size is 206 kb and this is advanced library 1006..

it contains:
Advanced Library
advanced library exe deploy
advanced library application manifest
advanced libary exe config deploy
AL execute manifest
interop runtime library..

and still no go..

still gives error report

It also has stdole so it has seven files..but no installation

You can try downloading this (http://neocron.webspaceforme.net/library/installer/setup.zip), unzip it to the same folder and try to run the setup.exe

And/or move all the files to a different location (like the desktop) and install from there...
