AL with Carrara Questions

Just used AL for the first time to import Aiko 3 into C5 Pro. She imported just fine, but was missing her hip. Imported her manually and her hip was there... Will stuff like this happen often? Is there a way to fix it? Am I doing something wrong?

Also, I am somewhat new to Carrara and Poser content, and I don't know where to find the import pose button. Can someone please post a screeny?

As AL imports Aiko 3 the same way as one would do manually, that sounds more like a Carrara bug and really shouldn't have happened.

Also, I am somewhat new to Carrara and Poser content, and I don't know where to find the import pose button. Can someone please post a screeny?

You need to select the figure from the hierarchy to get the button:
