ATI card full acceleration not compatible with AL v1.19.1.15

I am using Win XP sp3 with ATI HD3650 GDDR card at full acceleration.
AL crashes everytime I use the "Show Hover Image" option from the "More..." in the Context Menu (accessed by right-clicking).
I just updated my driver for the GAC, plus updated Windows through IE browser, and re-booted, but the crashing still happens.
I think there is some incompatibility with the hardware/graphics card driver.

However, I do not have such a problem using AL with "Show Hover Image", on my PC with Nvidia GeForce 8600 GT (and still using Win XP Sp3).

Does it crash instantly on startup or only when you hover over an item?
Do you get any error message?

Only when I hover over.

I have switched the option off for now.

Would be nice, if you could try out http://neocron.webspaceforme.net/library/installer/Advanced_Library_1_9_1_16.zip and send me the AL_log.txt from the temp folder right after AL crashes.
