Support for Carrara 7

Hello there. I'm hoping that Carrara 7 (and possibly 8, when it's released) will have support in this wonderful proggie. I tried to get AL to work in C7 to no avail. It just won't accept the Import shortcut buttons for some reason. In any case, thanks for the terrific program, Dizzi.

Hello, it's good to hear that some people like AL :-)

I just tried it with Carrara 7 Express and it works as intended, as far as I can remember what I intended :-)

You need to ensure that you have the import part of the general properties open and at the same location all the time to get this to work.

• Swith to the Carrara 6 settings (tab "Settings" -> tab "Load into ... / applications" -> tab "Carrara" -> tab "Carrara 6")
• enable at least "Button import" and modifier keys (e.g. None)
• then click the button labeled 'Set the location of the "Preset (Pose, Material)" button'
• Move the mouse cursor over that button in Carrara (don't activate Carrara though) and press return

Now you should be able to load content into Carrara by double clicking the item in AL and pressing the assigned modifier keys...
