Missing Synchronize Command in 1.8.0.6

Hi.  I was wondering what I am doing wrong.  I am running 1.8.0.6 with Poser 7 Pro and C6 Pro, under Windows Vista Ultimate, but I cannot, for the life of me, find the synchronize libraries command...  Am I missing something?

Same Problem with Windows XP - SP1.
