AL Tree Scroll bar problem

Can't scroll Tree Pane to the end in Library tab. While I can see the top arrow, bottom [down] arrow is not visible However, scroll in Settings tab functions properly. I am using the latest version.

Doesn't remember last used window size of splitter bar.
