Maybe a feature, maybe a question, partial poses

If it could be added as a feature great. Maybe somebody knows a simple way to create what I will call upper and lower poses and or especailly hand poses. The file poseMagic2 pose creates is from head to toe. Is there a simple way to edit it down other then using a text editor to partial poses? and or just make hand poses? For example creating just a hand pose to hold an ink pin, a hair brush, etc. You create a sitting pose you like with V3's ankles interlocked, and then create several different top poses is another example. Keep in mind I am a semi neebee, but somebody must know of a simple way to do this (fyi I am on a mac)

As Poser 4 isn't sold anymore and thus no Poser version without Python support, there's little reason put any effort in doing this outside Poser.

Python scripts have it easier to get the data.
