Cannot install any library.

This looks like you did try to install from the zip file. Please unzip it first and then try to install from the unzipped files.

Okay unzipped it to another folder and it says application does not have needed files.  I have downloaded it several times..

Mmmh, you could try moving the extracted folder somewhere else (maybe your desktop) and install from there...

Okay when I unzip the total size is 206 kb and this is advanced library 1006..

it contains:

It also has stdole so it has seven files..but no installation

You can try downloading this, unzip it to the same folder and try to run the setup.exe

And/or move all the files to a different location (like the desktop) and install from there...
